In the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 24, 2007, gunfire erupted in a Southeast Washington, D.C. neighborhood. At approximately 12:40 a.m., Inesha Miller was shot in front of a residence at 2504 Pomeroy Road. She was transported to a nearby hospital and survived for three days before dying on Friday, April 27, 2007.

The Metropolitan Police Department ruled her passing a homicide and assigned the investigation to its Violent Crimes Branch. No arrests have been made and no suspects have been publicly identified. The MPD has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction, and the case remains unsolved.

Did anyone in the community see or hear anything around Pomeroy Road that night that could help investigators?
