I’ve been following the case of Destinee N. Britton and her companion since I live not too far from Yorkville. One thing that keeps sticking out to me is the duffel bags they were seen with. It makes me wonder if they planned this more extensively than some might think, maybe even stashing supplies at different spots? They also posted on social media about being in Chicago pretty quickly after leaving, so was that just a diversion or the truth? Anyone else think their moves since they left seem a bit too coordinated for just a spontaneous runaway situation? Also, could there be someone older, maybe someone they met online, involved in these plans? Just my two cents, hoping they’re found safe soon. If you’ve got any gut feelings or theories, would love to hear them.
Hey all, I’ve been following the case of Destinee N. Britton and her friend who went missing from Yorkville, IL, and just wanted to share a thought about the social media posts they made after leaving. I find it really intriguing that these posts indicated they were in Chicago. It makes me wonder if they had a plan to head there all along or if something drew them to the city spontaneously.
Given the distance between Yorkville and Chicago, they must have had some means of getting there or possibly someone helping them. It raises so many questions. Did they have contacts in Chicago? Were they planning to meet someone? I think looking into their online interactions and connections might be key in figuring out their movements.
Also, it’s worrying that they’ve run away before and seem to have experience going off-grid, but this time feels different since there’s talk of them being endangered. Hoping they’re found safe soon. If anyone's seen or heard anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to the authorities. Every bit of info might count in cases like this.
