Has anyone else wondered why it took so long to piece together the timeline of Tiffany Smith's last day? I remember reading about how they were trying to figure out who she might have been with on July 25, 2009, and it just seemed like there were more questions than answers. It’s incredibly tough for her family not knowing exactly who she saw or spoke to in those final hours. With all the tech we have these days, like cell phone records and surveillance cameras, I wonder if there just wasn’t enough evidence available back then.
