Has anyone looked into whether there were any cell phone pings from Jermaine's phone after he went missing? It seems like a lot of missing persons cases make progress when they can trace phone records or GPS data. I wonder if his phone had any kind of activity after September 18th, or if it powered off somewhere that might give us more clues about his whereabouts. It’s frustrating that there’s so little info available about his movements or last known contacts. Does anyone know if the Norfolk PD made any statements about this aspect of the case?
