Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the possible significance of Samuel Lee Houchens's phone and how its condition might indicate what happened. The fact that the back cover and battery were found in the backyard but not the phone itself seems really odd to me. Could this suggest that there was some kind of struggle, or maybe an attempt to dismantle or disable the phone purposely? I've heard of cases where people will remove parts of a phone to avoid being tracked. It's strange how the battery and back cover are there, but the rest of the phone is completely gone. What are everyone's thoughts on this? Does this point towards something more suspicious, or could it just be coincidental? Curious to hear other perspectives or similar cases where a missing phone was a key piece of evidence.

Was anyone else struck by the strange discovery in Samuel's backyard? The phone's back and battery being left behind while the phone itself is missing seems odd to me. Why would someone take just the main part of the phone? It makes me wonder if someone grabbed it last minute, but then what happened? Also, if he had mobility issues, it's surprising that he might have been on foot without his scooter. I keep thinking about the long searches and wonder if there's a specific area or lead that should be revisited. Anyone else have thoughts about this?
