Has anyone else been following the Kevin Hatter case from Brighton? It just hits me how utterly devastating it must be for his family to be left in limbo like this. The fact that the evidence was misplaced makes it even more upsetting, as it feels like such a betrayal of justice. I can’t even imagine the pain his loved ones must be enduring, not knowing if they'll ever see the case go to trial again. Losing a child is unimaginable, and to feel let down by those who are meant to provide answers and closure only deepens the wound. I hope that with Chief Woods’ proposed changes, no other family has to endure the same anguish. My thoughts are with Kevin’s family and friends right now. ?
