Just joined this forum to see if anyone else finds the whole arrest record thing intriguing. Has anyone looked into the possibility that the "Shawna Leanne Fothergill" who was arrested might be a different person with the same name? I know it's not common, but stranger things have happened. Virginia Beach isn’t small, but it’s not huge either. Just thinking about mix-ups or identity issues that could explain the discrepancies in features listed in the arrest record. Could this be a clerical error, or maybe something else? Curious to know what others think!
