Hey everyone, I've been following the Maurice Lynelle Beard case for a while now, and something that strikes me as odd is the lack of CCTV footage or eyewitness accounts from local businesses around where he was last seen. Chesterfield isn’t exactly a small town, and you’d think there’d be some security cameras that might have caught some glimpse of him or his direction of travel on March 1, 2024.
Has anyone heard anything about whether law enforcement has received or reviewed any footage that might help? I feel like in this day and age, there should be more leads from surveillance videos, especially in public areas. Maybe the businesses didn’t have their security cameras working or something, just seems strange there’s so little info on what happened to him once he left where he was last spotted. I've been hoping more details might come out as people continue to discuss his case. If anyone has any insights or theories, I'd love to hear them.
Hey everyone, I was digging around for more details about Maurice Lynelle Beard's disappearance and stumbled upon something interesting that might not have been highlighted enough. Has anyone else noticed that Maurice was last seen near the shopping center off Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield? I’ve been trying to retrace his steps in the area, but I haven’t found much on the specifics of his activities that day.
Given that’s a pretty busy area, you’d think there’d be a lot of camera footage or eyewitnesses who might have seen Maurice that day. Does anyone know if the police have collected CCTV footage from any of the local businesses or reached out to folks in that area? Also wondering if there’s been any organized searches in the nearby parks and wooded areas, considering how expansive they are. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated!
