Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of David Adrian Downes, and something's been on my mind lately. Has anyone else found the inconsistencies in the location of his last sighting particularly puzzling? The reports have him last seen in two entirely different states – Texas and California – within a few weeks of each other. How does such conflicting information even happen in a missing person investigation? It seems like this could really hinder the search efforts. I wonder if these discrepancies have something to do with his lifestyle as a transient. Could there be a way these reports are overlapping or missing a link we aren't seeing? Also, if there were any sightings between these two dates or other locations, they really need to be shared widely. Any thoughts or ideas on how these gaps could be filled in?

Hey everyone, I’ve been following David Adrian Downes' case, and I’m curious if anyone else has come across mentions of his specific tattoos, especially the "D.A.D." on his right wrist. Tattoos can be a distinctive feature, and I was wondering if anyone familiar with the areas he was last seen has seen someone with similar tattoos? Since he was known to travel and had such distinctive ink, you’d think someone might have noticed them. It must be difficult for investigators with the two very different locations reported. Does anyone know if either police department has made any connections through his tattoos, or if they’ve updated any case details lately? Any insight or local tips would be greatly appreciated.
