It's been over a decade since Christian Lamar Taylor was killed, and I can't help but think about the impact this has had on his family and friends. They still don't have answers or justice, which must feel like an unimaginable weight to bear. I was reading up on his case and noticed how active the community has been in trying to support the investigation, especially with the reward being offered. But what strikes me is that despite all these efforts, there's still silence on what happened that night. The location where Christian was killed, the 1200 block of 7th Street NW, is busy, and you'd think someone might have seen or heard something. I'm hoping that by talking more about it, someone might finally feel compelled to come forward. The people who loved Christian deserve closure, and the community deserves to see justice served. If anyone has hesitated to share what they know, now is the time to help bring peace to those affected by this tragic loss. My thoughts are with them as they continue to seek answers.
