Does anyone else find it odd that there's almost no information about the day Michael J. Chouinard went missing? I mean, we know he disappeared on August 10, 1991, but was he just out for a walk, or was he supposed to meet someone that day? It’s baffling that after all these years, there's still such a scarcity of details about what happened that day or who might have seen him. It's like a complete black hole in terms of solid leads or even speculation. I feel like understanding his routine or who he regularly interacted with might give us some new angles to consider. Could there have been witnesses who just never realized what they'd seen, like someone remembering a conversation in a store or noticing something unusual? If anyone has thoughts on how this kind of information surfaces in other cases, I'm all ears.
