Has anyone stumbled upon any more info about Nanci Nelson's tattoos? Notably, her case is a bit of a mystery, and I can't help but think her tattoos might have played a part in someone's memory jog or even traced her whereabouts at some point. Specifically, that black panther tattoo on her left shoulder or the flower tattoo on her left breast could really stand out. In cases like these, tattoos are usually such distinct identifiers, and they can sometimes give clues about her social circles or places she frequented. For those deep-diving into her case, maybe exploring more about local tattoo shops in Oregon or Colorado during the late '90s might uncover something? Just a thought, but sometimes small details can lead to bigger breakthroughs. Thoughts?
