Has anyone else looked into the role of Dr. Stuart Kutler's father, William, in this whole case? It's always puzzled me how his name pops up in the story, especially with the custodian's report about him being in the incinerator room. I know Ann Noske was granted immunity and all, but it seems strange that William faced no charges despite being allegedly involved in covering up such a horrible crime. Was there ever any deeper investigation into his actions, or did he simply just fade into the background when Stuart took the plea deal? It's frustrating how so many questions still linger, leaving this poor child's fate unresolved. Would love to know if anyone has insights or more info on this angle!

Has anyone else been troubled by the role that William Kutler might have played in this case? I was reading about some of the details and it's seriously unsettling. The custodian's account of seeing a child's boot in the incinerator and William Kutler being in the area is such a pivotal piece of this puzzle. Why was that not explored further? I remember reading that someone's account put him there at that suspicious time. Yet, there's this lingering sense that it kind of fell by the wayside! It makes me wonder if they really dug deep enough into his potential involvement. There's got to be more to his story and what he knew or did. It's chilling to think these actions might have gone under-investigated. Would love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this angle.
