Hey everyone, I stumbled across the Lola Ada Celli case and was curious about something. Does anyone else find it odd that the Grandview Heights chief of police declared the case "closed" a whole decade later without giving any additional details or evidence? It's baffling that they would just take the word of another official from a different department and leave it at that, especially when the family was adamant they hadn't been contacted. To me, it feels like either a lack of proper communication or even worse, a serious oversight. Why would a police department close a case based solely on hearsay without following up with other investigations or even verifying the information with the family? Maybe it's just me, but it seems like there might have been more going on behind the scenes than we're aware of. Would love to know if anyone else has thoughts or further insight into this.
