Has anyone looked into the possibility of surveillance footage from around Western Boulevard in Raleigh? Given that Tywan Marquis Taylor was last reportedly seen near a bus stop there, I wonder if any cameras from nearby businesses or public transportation managed to capture footage of him that day. I'm guessing the police would have checked, but sometimes these areas have blind spots or gaps in coverage that could mean something was missed.
