Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Darla Kay McCormick's disappearance, and something that sticks out to me is that her mountain bike was missing from her home when everything else was left behind. It's so curious because it could mean she left on her own accord for a ride or possibly used it as a means to meet someone without drawing attention. Bikes are quiet and can get you around pretty inconspicuously, especially if you're trying to avoid someone noticing. Has anyone heard if there were any sightings of someone matching her description on a bike in the Carlsbad area around that time? It seems like such a bizarre missing detail that might hold some clues. Thoughts?
