Hi everyone, I’ve been following the case of Sheneice Sumpter, and something that's really been on my mind is the role community support can play in investigations like these. I’ve read that there were neighbors and others close by who heard something the night she was killed, and I can’t help but feel that community involvement is so crucial right now. I get that talking about what might have been a traumatic event is difficult, but I truly hope that more people find it in themselves to come forward with any information, no matter how small it might seem. It might just be the key that helps bring justice for Sheneice. Also, it’s clear that Sheneice was loved by many in her community, and I think banding together not only to support her family but also to assist law enforcement with whatever little piece of the puzzle we might have is so important. Sending thoughts to Sheneice’s family and friends—I can’t imagine the enormity of their loss. Let’s do what we can to help.
