Has anyone looked into the possibility of Byron Melendez having connections outside of New Jersey? I was just thinking that if it's believed he might have traveled out of state, maybe he had friends or family in a neighboring state who might know more about where he could have gone. It's unusual that there's such limited information about his disappearance—makes me wonder if he intentionally left or if something more complicated happened. Anyone have any thoughts or similar cases where a change of state slowed down the investigation?
