Has anyone here been closely following the trial delays in the Bolding-Madden case? I find it extremely frustrating that Kevin Deloney's trial has been postponed once again. You can only imagine how agonizing this must be for the families of Jimmy Lee Bolding and James Lemark Madden. It’s been over six years since their tragic deaths, and they still haven’t seen justice served. I hope the new trial date in February finally brings some resolution. My thoughts are with the victims’ families and the North Courtland community during this difficult time. Does anyone else have insights on why the legal system seems to drag its feet in cases like this?

Hey everyone, I've been closely following the situation with the tragic case of Jimmy Lee Bolding and James Lemark Madden, and something that's been on my mind is the incredible toll this must be taking on their families. I can't even begin to imagine the pain of losing loved ones in such a violent manner, and the prolonged legal process must be agonizing. The delay after delay with Kevin Deloney's trial is understandably frustrating. It's tough to see justice dragged out when all the families want is closure and some sense of peace. It's also interesting to note the judge's decision to dismiss the charges against Tamorris Bolding—those must've been intense days for everyone involved. I hope the truth comes to light in court next February so the community and families can start to heal. Anyone else have thoughts on how these delays might impact the case or the community at large?
