Hey everyone, I've been following Jennifer Nevin's case for a while and it's just so incredibly distressing to think about what happened to her. One thing that really stuck with me was the fact that someone she considered a friend, Confetti-Duenas, was involved in this horrific crime. It's so difficult to comprehend how a perceived friendship could take such a dark turn. I can only imagine the betrayal and fear Jennifer must have felt in those final moments. I also think about her family and friends who have to live with the knowledge that someone who should have had Jennifer's back ultimately lured her into a trap. It's a harsh reminder of how trust can be so devastatingly misplaced. I hope that sharing this part of the story emphasizes the urgency for people to be vigilant about whom they surround themselves with, even when it's someone who appears to be a friend. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved Jennifer. ? This community will continue to remember her and hope for healing and peace for her loved ones.
