Hey everyone, I was digging through some court records and came across something interesting in the Joseph Hellman case. Did anyone else notice that the motive behind the crime was linked to supposedly fake meth? It just makes me wonder how this kind of deception escalated so quickly to murder. It’s not uncommon to hear about drug disputes, but this one seems particularly extreme.
I've been following the threads, and one angle that hasn’t been talked about much is the role of other potential witnesses or accomplices. Dukes was obviously the main suspect, but what about others who might have been indirectly involved, especially if there was a network around these drug deals? Could there be more people who know what happened or were part of this mess but haven’t spoken up? The fact that Hellman's body hasn't been found just raises more questions for me.
Also, about that vehicle possibly in the Missouri River, does anyone have updates on any new search efforts? I haven't seen much mentioned about that recently. Would love to know if there’s been any progress. What do you all think?
Has anyone else looked into the campground by the Missouri River where they think Joseph Hellman's body might be? I'm curious about the specifics of that location. It seems odd to me that if the vehicle is indeed submerged, why hasn't there been more active recovery efforts there? You'd think with modern tech, they could at least try to scan the area. Also, does anyone know why it took so long for him to be reported missing initially? That delay seems significant and might have affected the investigation. Would love to hear your thoughts!
