Does anyone have any more info about that unused warehouse where Butch Swofford's remains were found? It's been bugging me that he was reportedly seen close to the fire department and then found in a warehouse in the same town. I mean, how often was that warehouse checked in the past two years? I can't help but wonder whether someone knew about it the whole time or if it was just never inspected thoroughly. You'd think that after someone goes missing, all nearby locations would be checked frequently. Any thoughts on who owned or had access to that place? Maybe someone local knows more about it. It’s an unsettling coincidence that he was found there after all this time.
Has anyone been looking into the surrounding areas of that abandoned warehouse where Butch Swofford's remains were found? I've been thinking about how easy it is for these kinds of places to hide vital clues, especially if they’re rarely checked. Someone on another thread mentioned that the warehouse had been out of use for a while, so it makes me wonder if more ideas or leads might be hidden in the neighboring properties or other forgotten nooks around town. Perhaps someone local can shed light on any recent developments or if law enforcement has expanded their search beyond the initial site. It’s just another piece of the puzzle that might be worth discussing.
