Hey everyone, I was reading through the details about Robert C. Putman’s disappearance and something that's been on my mind is how often he walked that route. It was pretty routine for him to take those walks near the farm, which has me wondering if there's a possibility someone familiar with his habits might be involved or maybe encountered him that day? I'm not suggesting anything malicious right off the bat, but maybe someone local saw him or remembers something that seemed unimportant at the time. Does anyone know if the family reached out to neighbors or locals who might have been traveling the area that day? It feels like someone must have seen something, even if it was just his usual walking pattern. It would be great if anyone from the area could come forward with any small detail from that day. Every tiny bit of info might help us put together what happened.
Reading through some old articles and came across something interesting about Robert C. Putman's case. I noticed that there was very little mentioned about any potential sightings or leads from nearby residents on or after the day he vanished. I understand it's a rural area, but I'm curious if anyone who lived around Tower Road back then might have seen anything odd or out of place during that time. Even something minor could be valuable! Also, was there any canvassing done with people who lived nearby or any neighboring farmers? I'm just wondering if there's a chance someone might have noticed something unusual and dismissed it as unrelated. Maybe their memories could be jogged if there's more coverage? Thoughts?
