Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on the day Donna went missing? I know it sounds kind of odd, but sometimes extreme weather can play a role in cases like these. I did a quick search and found that it was pretty chilly with some slight chances of rain in Vinita Park on December 26, 2018. I wonder if the cold or potential rain could have affected where she went or if it discouraged her from going to any planned destinations that day. It makes me think about how unpredictable winter weather can be in Missouri and if she might have been seeking shelter or driven somewhere unexpected. Anyone else have thoughts on how this might tie into things?
