Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about William Albert Thompson's case and was curious if anyone has looked into surveillance footage around the New Center area from the time he went missing. It’s been almost nine years, and I know technology has improved since then. Maybe revisiting footage with today’s resources or seeing if any nearby businesses have maintained archives from that period could offer new clues? It’s a long shot, I know, but sometimes the smallest details can lead to breakthroughs. Has anyone heard about efforts to review older surveillance, or are there any community groups in Detroit pushing for this? It would be great if we could somehow help refresh the investigation with what’s available now. Stay safe, everyone.
