Has anyone else been following the developments in the Nancy Renkas case? I recently stumbled upon the part of the story involving Louise Wender's lawsuit and couldn't help but wonder about its implications. According to the suit, the Wenders are alleging slander and libel against the local law enforcement and the prosecutor’s office. It’s a pretty bold move considering this case has been shrouded in mystery for so long. I'm curious how common it is for suspects (or persons of interest) in such cases to take legal action like this. Can anyone shed some light on similar cases or legal precedents?
