I recently came across Alishia Miller's case and couldn't stop thinking about how she simply vanished without a trace. One detail that stands out to me is the decision to classify her as an endangered runaway early on. It seems like this classification might have affected the urgency and approach of the initial investigation. It's concerning when you consider that her family didn't believe she would have run away, yet it seems like this early assumption might have hindered more aggressive searches or alternate theories. Does anyone know if there were ever efforts to reevaluate the case with a different approach? It's frustrating not seeing her case actively listed on major missing person databases anymore. I just hope renewed attention can someday bring answers to her family.
