On January 4, 1989, 13-year-old Alishia Dachone Miller vanished from her home in the Outer Drive-Chalmers area of Detroit, Michigan. She was last seen at approximately 5:00 p.m. leaving her residence to walk to a nearby store. Alishia has not been seen or heard from since that evening. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a Black female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5'5" tall and weighing 115 pounds.
