Has anyone looked into the possibility of mistaken identity in Octavious's case? It just seems so random and senseless for someone playing video games inside their home to be hit by a bullet like that. I can't even imagine the pain his family and friends are going through, knowing that justice still hasn't been served after all these years. It's infuriating and incredibly sad. I hope the renewed appeal by the police brings in new leads. Maybe the shooter wasn’t even targeting anyone specific in that trailer or perhaps they thought it was someone else...
