I heard about William Cowan's case recently, and it's puzzling that so few details are available after all this time. I'm curious if anyone has more information about the area where he went missing—the 1100 block of East 20th Street in Baltimore. Was this a neighborhood known for any particular activity back in the '90s? Sometimes, understanding the environment can provide clues about what might have happened. Were there any notable events or known issues in that area around January 1994? It feels like there are so many pieces to the puzzle that we just don't have, and maybe looking at it from a different angle could spark something new. Any insights or local knowledge from that era would be greatly appreciated.
Hey everyone,
I was combing through some of the older missing person cases and came across William Cowan's disappearance from 1994 in Baltimore. It really caught my attention that there's so little information out there. I mean, you'd think there would be at least some info on his age or height, but it seems like a total mystery. It's been nearly three decades, and still, no leads?
I'm curious if anyone here is familiar with the area around the 1100 block of East 20th Street back in the early '90s—what was it like? I'm not local, but maybe someone who knows the area or lived there back then might have some insights or remember something that hasn't been mentioned yet? It's been a while, but sometimes the smallest memories can make a difference.
