Hello everyone, just stumbled upon the case of Richard Shifflet and can't stop thinking about the challenges faced by search teams. I mean, these folks really went all out with the drones and heat-seeking tech! It's incredible how technology is being utilized in these situations. Yet, even with all these resources, it's baffling that there are still no leads. I'm curious if this means the area he disappeared in is exceptionally tough terrain? Anyone from the Dayton area who can shed light on what the environment's like out there? Would love to hear any thoughts on how locals perceive these search efforts too.
