Has anyone looked into the safety measures on the Calumet Bridge where Lewis Mills was last seen? It's concerning to hear that someone could walk along the railing without any intervention. Were there any warning signs or barriers up at the time? I’m curious if there have been changes since Lewis’s disappearance to prevent similar incidents. Also, does anyone know if they had cameras on the bridge that might have given more insight into what exactly happened?
Has anyone else thought about the safety measures on the Calumet Bridge? I mean, if Lewis Mills was just walking along the railing, it makes you wonder how easy it could be for someone to accidentally fall. I read that he wasn't able to swim, which makes this all the more tragic. I feel like maybe there should be more barriers or at least some warning signs about the dangers, especially if people might use the bridge for walking or pedestrian travel. Also, the river's current must be really strong if they've never recovered his body despite all the efforts. Just a thought. Curious if any locals have more insights on bridge safety around there.
