Has anyone come across any CCTV footage on or around Picardy Avenue from the day Percy disappeared? I've been reading through some of these cases, and it seems like nearby businesses, especially gas stations or convenience stores, sometimes have useful video evidence. It's been a while, but maybe someone out there remembers seeing Percy or something odd that day? I know the trail's gone cold, but sometimes a fresh pair of eyes or an old memory can make all the difference. If anyone has any info or resources for locating that sort of footage, maybe it could lead to a new clue.
