Hey everyone, I was reading about Selena Garcia's case, and something really struck me as odd. Does anyone else find it strange how the cryptic text messages haven't been discussed more? If she was sending or receiving confusing or alarming texts before vanishing, that seems like a crucial detail that could point to someone she was in contact with right before she went missing. It reminds me of a couple other cases where mysterious texts turned out to be key evidence. I wonder if LE has been able to trace who those messages came from or if they're keeping it under wraps for some reason. Just thinking out loud, but maybe someone else has thoughts on this?
Does anyone else think it's strange that Selena was last seen in Lilburn but also frequented places like Norcross and Buford? It's not super far, but that's a pretty big area to cover, especially when looking for a missing person. I know some people have suggested she might have had friends or acquaintances in those places. Could there have been someone she was trying to avoid, or maybe someone she felt safer with in one of those other areas? This case frustrates me because the timelines and locations aren't adding up. Also, those cryptic texts her sister mentioned really give me the chills. Has there been any update on what those texts said or if they might point to any particular location? Every little detail could be crucial here. Keeping her and her family in my thoughts. If anyone's from the area, please stay alert and report anything suspicious.
Anyone else notice how many missing person cases seem to go cold because of initial missteps in law enforcement protocols? I was reading about Selena Garcia’s case and can't help but empathize with her sister’s frustration. It's strange how Selena had those cryptic text messages, yet it feels like not enough was done when she first disappeared. I wonder if there was any follow-up on those texts and who they were from. Also, it makes you think about how critical those first few days are after someone goes missing. It's so troubling that things went quiet despite her family raising the alarm. Has anyone else here seen similar cases turn around despite a slow start? Would be great to hear if anyone has ideas on how to keep these cases in the public eye longer.
