Hey everyone, I’ve been reading up on the Andrew Memmelaar case from 1975, and I keep getting stuck on the fact that we don’t know how he was supposed to be traveling from Kansas to New York. Does anyone have more insight into what transportation options he might have taken back then? I mean, the distance is huge, and if he was hitchhiking or maybe taking a bus or train, it could lead us to new clues. Has anyone looked into records or old bus/train schedules from that period? Maybe there’s something there that hasn’t been examined yet. I just feel like knowing his mode of transport could narrow down the search. It’s almost like parts of his journey just vanished. Pretty unsettling to think about. Let me know your thoughts if you can dig any deeper into this angle.
