Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss something that might have been overlooked in Pamela Ann Vincent’s case. I’ve noticed that a lot of focus has been on her transient lifestyle, but I'm curious if there’s been any talk about the specific location where her remains were found. The 700 block of Patterson Road is quite remote and densely wooded. Are there any known pathways or trails in that area? I’m gathering info to see if maybe it was a spot she was familiar with or if it could have been easily accessed by someone else. I'd appreciate if anyone local to Joliet could chime in with any knowledge about that area. Was it a common place for people to pass through, or would someone need a reason to be there? It's always struck me as odd, and I wonder if the isolation of that location played any role in her disappearance. Thanks in advance for sharing any insights you might have.

Has anyone else been following the Pamela Ann Vincent case? I was just thinking about the location where her remains were ultimately found. The 700 block of Patterson Road is quite remote, and it's strange how the area could go unnoticed for so long despite being relatively close to Joliet. Given there are no houses nearby, I wonder how commonly people venture into that part of the woods. It seems like the perfect spot for someone to go unnoticed. Does anyone know if that area is used for hiking or anything? It might help explain why it took years to discover her remains. Also, the fact that some bones were scattered makes me wonder if wildlife disturbed the site, complicating the early search efforts. Thoughts on whether this was just a tragic accident or something more?
