Has anyone else looked into the reports about Kelley Lee Phillips' vehicle? I find it odd that his truck was found with the keys under the notepad. It almost seems like he had some plan or was maybe rushed. Could it have been left that way if he intended to return soon after fixing the truck? The placement of the keys feels intentional to me. Plus, with locals saying he was seen around those dates with the hood up, you'd think someone might have noticed if anything unusual happened around there. Also, the mechanical issues got me thinking—what if he encountered someone while dealing with his truck? Considering how remote that part of Newsome Creek is, anything’s possible. Would love to know if others agree this detail might be more significant than it appears.

Hey everyone, I’ve been mulling over the case of Kelley Lee Phillips, the gentleman who went missing from Idaho County back in August 2021. One thing that’s been nagging at me is the mechanical issues with his truck. The hood was up when folks found it, and he left a notepad about the trouble. It makes me wonder if he might have been stranded longer than anticipated. How reliable was that truck before his disappearance? Was this an ongoing issue that friends or family noticed? Sometimes it’s those small details about a vehicle that can help piece together the timeline. It’s a bit puzzling, especially with his knowledge of the area. Anyone with thoughts on this? Could he have left the truck to seek help and somehow gotten lost, or is there more to the vehicle trouble than meets the eye?
