I've been following Chester Caluya's case and something about the timeline has always bothered me. If the party at Kekaha Beach was being shut down by police around 3:00 a.m., wouldn't there have been a significant number of people around? Plus, given that partying on the beach is not exactly quiet, it seems likely that others might have witnessed something—yet no one has come forward with solid information. It's strange. Does anyone else wonder if people might have seen Chester leave with those unknown individuals, but either don't remember clearly because it was late, or they're just not talking for some reason? It feels like there should be more witnesses given the circumstances. ?
