Hey everyone, I've been digging into the Daniel Sites case from 1996, and something that's been gnawing at me is the role of Tina Marie Hamilton's testimony. I mean, she claimed Kenneth Ezell confessed to her about killing Sites, but I've been wondering about her credibility. Given her connection to Jeffrey Sean Hamilton, especially since he's implicated as the one who allegedly financed the hit, does anyone else find it odd that her testimony might have been one of the key pieces used in the case against Ezell? From what I gather, the prosecution faced a massive hurdle with no body, no murder weapon, and mostly relying on testimonies from individuals with shady backgrounds. I sometimes think Tina's testimony would've carried a lot of weight, yet Ezell still got off on the murder charge, only facing punishment for conspiracy. It makes me question how the jury viewed her statements in the context of the broader story. I’d love to hear what others think about the reliability of her claims and the impact they might have had on the outcome of the trial. Any insights or theories on this?
