I've been following Philip Quan's case for a while now, and something that keeps bugging me is the lack of witnesses or leads from the time he was last seen. Jacksonville isn't a small town, and it's puzzling to think no one saw anything or came forward with information back in '99. Were there any significant events or gatherings happening on October 10th that might have been a distraction? It feels like there has to be someone out there who saw something and maybe didn't even realize it was important. It's always worth checking if any seemingly unrelated reports from the area could be connected. If anyone has local ties to Jacksonville or remembers anything, no matter how trivial it might seem, it could be the piece of the puzzle we need.
