Has anyone else been curious about the fishing poles found tied to Tash's kayak? I found it really odd that only two of the three poles were still attached when they found the kayak. Could one have been lost during whatever happened? Also, why wasn't he wearing a life jacket? It's like he went out that evening planning just a casual fishing trip, but even experienced kayakers know things can turn quickly on the water. I suppose it's possible he got complacent due to familiar territory... anyway, I've been following the case hoping for updates. If anyone has more insights or theories, I'd love to hear them. It just seems like something doesn't add up.
I’m curious if anyone else finds it odd about the fishing poles still being tied to the kayak. From what I know, if someone capsizes, you’d expect a bit of chaos with everything, including the poles, getting tossed around a bit, right? I just keep thinking that if Tash fell out, wouldn’t the poles have detached somehow? Maybe the line would be broken or tangled? I’m no expert, but it just seems strange to me. Is there any way this might suggest what happened, or am I just overthinking it? Wondering if anyone with kayaking or fishing experience can weigh in on how likely it is for poles to stay tied like that in a capsize situation. It's one of those details that keeps nagging at me.
