Hey everyone, I'm new to the discussion but have been following the case of Loretta Butler closely, and there's something that's been on my mind. I heard that the police interviewed several people from Loretta’s social circle as part of the investigation. Given how shocking her death was for everyone who knew her, I'm curious about how these interviews played out. In cases like this, where there's no obvious motive or conflict, it must be incredibly hard for her friends and family, not just because they've lost someone dear, but also because they might have to contend with the distress of being questioned or feeling suspicion, even if just for informational purposes. I can't imagine the mixed emotions they'd be dealing with, having to replay their last interactions with her and wondering if they missed any red flags. I hope the investigators were sensitive in approaching those closest to Loretta. It must be such a hard balance for them too, trying to gather information while being respectful to the grieving. Has there been any follow-up on how her family is coping or if they've been able to find some semblance of peace knowing the suspect has been arrested? Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this tragedy.
