Hey everyone, I've been doing some reading on Edward McClain's case, and something caught my attention that might not have been discussed in detail yet. Does anyone know if law enforcement ever looked into his social circle at the time? Given that he was on probation for a robbery, I'm curious if there were any known associates from that period who might have either seen him around the time he disappeared or had any contact with him after November 20, 2000. I wonder if his probation status could have put pressure on him or if there were any conflicts with people from his past. It just seems like there might be more to dig into regarding who he was interacting with right before he vanished. Has anyone heard anything about interviews with friends, colleagues, or acquaintances? Just trying to piece together any kind of context around his life back then. Any insights would be appreciated!
