Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Jerome Dempsey Johnson case and wanted to share a thought I had about the landlady’s role in this situation. On April 1, 2016, she went to collect rent and made the unsettling discovery of blood in his bedroom. I can’t help but wonder if anyone has looked into whether she noticed anything unusual in the weeks prior—especially since Jerome had only been living there a few months. It's clear she acted quickly when she found the blood, contacting police right away, but I keep thinking about whether there were any earlier signs of trouble that might have been overlooked or not shared.
It's frustrating how these small details sometimes get lost in the shuffle, yet they might hold the key to unraveling the mystery. Is there any record of past interactions between Jerome and anyone else at the house? Did she hear anything out of the ordinary or seem concerned for his safety before the 1st of April? Just throwing it out there to see if anyone else has similar thoughts or additional insights. Jerome deserves justice, and I hope his family finds closure soon.
Has anyone looked into any possible connections that "Dollar Bill" might have had from before he moved to Jacksonville? I know he was only in the house on West 22nd Street for a few months, but I'm curious if anyone's dug into his life prior to moving there. I mean, it's entirely possible someone he might have known from before could be connected to this. It just seems odd that something this serious would happen so quickly after he relocated. Did he have any old friends or acquaintances in the area, or maybe someone who followed him from where he moved from? Just a thought. Would love to hear if anyone's got more info on this angle. Stay safe out there, folks.
