Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Philip Robert Jean's case lately, and something that really stands out to me is the area where he was last seen. I know it’s been a while, but I started looking into the neighborhood around the 10600 block of Southwest 79th Terrace. It seems like a pretty quiet residential area. Can anyone from Miami shed some light on what the area is like, especially back in 2016? Was it the kind of place where someone could just vanish without anyone noticing? Also, I wonder if there were any surveillance cameras or if anyone in that part of the neighborhood had a Ring doorbell that might have caught something. If anyone was living around there back then and remembers anything unusual happening that evening, even if it seemed insignificant, please share.
