Hey everyone, I’ve been following the developments on the Garden Oaks Apartments shooting, and something that keeps crossing my mind is the community response — or lack thereof. Murray Horton’s passing is a painful reminder that such tragedies can leave lasting scars, not just on the families involved, but on the entire community. While Enterprise isn't known for such violent incidents, this case emphasizes the need for locals to step up and ensure this doesn’t become something commonplace. It’s concerning that despite being well over a month since the incident, there have been no arrests. It's as if the community is holding its breath waiting for answers. We can't let it stay silent — if anyone knows anything, anything at all, it’s crucial to come forward. We owe it to Murray and everyone affected to demand and strive for a safer environment where we don’t have to worry about attending simple gatherings. My thoughts are with Murray's family and friends during this difficult time. Let's hope the police continue making headway and that the justice system works swiftly to resolve this case. Stay vigilant, everyone. Thoughts?
