I keep thinking about the description of "Latoya" in April Nicole Williams' case. It's been ages since this happened, but has anyone thought about how small details like those distinctive pigment spots could've helped identify her if there had been facial recognition back then? It's frustrating that such telling features couldn’t bring more leads in such a huge city. This case has always haunted me because it’s one of those where you can clearly visualize the suspect, but she just vanished into thin air. Maybe someone out there still holds a clue without even realizing it—like photos from D.C. around that time? It's a long shot, but stranger things have happened.
