Does anyone else find the whole "gold Camaro" detail intriguing? I've been thinking about how distinct that car would have been, especially in 1977. It's such a flashy vehicle that you'd think it would've stood out more in the reports and been easier to track down. Does anyone know if they ever traced that specific car or if there was any forensic evidence found that could have tied the Camaro back to the crime scene? It seems like it could have been a crucial piece of evidence, yet it mostly goes unmentioned in updates. Considering how critical witness sightings can be, I wonder if this car was ever truly accounted for in the investigation or if it vanished like so many other clues in this case.
