I’ve been following Avery Robertson’s case since it happened, and I can’t stop thinking about how it all unfolded. It's so sad that a disagreement between acquaintances spiraled into such a tragic event. I can't even imagine the pain Avery's family and fiancée, Millagro, are going through, especially with young children involved. The fact that Darrell Clemons, who wasn't even part of the original disagreement, ended up being charged just adds another layer of confusion to this tragedy. Clemons’s blind guilty plea surprised me, especially knowing he didn't have a predetermined deal. I wonder what led him to make that decision and if he ever showed any remorse during the trial. I hope Avery's family finds some comfort now that the court proceedings have reached a conclusion. It's never easy to move on from such a loss, but I hope they find strength in the memories of Avery's life and the support of their community. Anyone else following this case?
