Hey everyone, I've been following John Starr Vang's case and something that stands out to me is the delay in officially reporting him missing. It's puzzling that it took until March 2024 for it to happen, even though his family lost contact in August 2023. I can't help but wonder if there were attempts to reach out earlier, or if there were specific reasons why the report wasn't filed sooner. Does anyone here have any insight into how this kind of thing usually works? Could it be because of jurisdictional issues since he left Minnesota for California?
